Beyond connecting individuals with products, Bags of Promise aims to raise awareness of the prevalent inequities within the Kingston community.While addressing immediate needs is crucial, the ultimate goal is to create lasting change. Bags of Promise is dedicated to increasing education and awareness surrounding period poverty.

Supporting youth homelessness during this time of year can meaningfully impact the lives of many people and facilitate change in your community.

Knowing that I am contributing to a cause larger than myself has brought me a sense of joy and purpose, and seeing the struggles of others and actively working to make a positive impact on their lives has profoundly changed the way I see the world.

Throughout the summer, I completed an internship at TD Bank. It didn't take me long to learn that this financial institution was deeply committed to Corporate Citizenship and Social Impact, exemplified by the Advancing Together Ready Project.

Creating community partnerships ultimately contributes to our long-term success as a relatively new charity. Long-term success for a charity often depends on its ability to maintain support and engagement from the community. By establishing strong partnerships, we are more likely to maintain a sustainable model for growth and impact.
